By Car: Vrindvan is next to the city of Mathura, north of Agra
By Public Transport: Many options from Delhi or Agra to reach till Mathura and then take a taxi or auto to reach Vrindavan
This is a religious town so dress conservatively.
Beware of monkeys, they are know to grab mobile phones and glasses.
Beware of pickpockets.
Drink only bottled water.
